fresh homemade pasta, a good way to spend your vacations afternoons!



 
 
mix 1 egg with 100g organic flour and a tsp olive oil until you get a "dough" consistency. Roll it with your pasta machine. Please note that this quantity is enough for 1 person, if you are 10.. you'll need 10 eggs, 1kg flour and 10 tsp olive oil! this pasta is so good that sometimes is better eaten with just a little bit of butter and parmesan, pesto sauce or ragu. please avoid complicated sauces (I tried one the other evening.. and I was not that happy about my choice, i regret butter and parmesan!)

biscotti di Natale decorati (ricetta) biscuits de Noel decorés (recette)

MES BISCUITS DE NOEL

Ingrédients : 900g farine, 230g beurre à température hors frigo, 240g sucre de canne, 2 œufs, 180g mélasse noire (en vente chez naturalia), 1 sachet de levure chimique, 2 pincée de sel, 12g de cannelle en poudre ou 12g de quatre épices
Préchauffez le four à 170°C. Mélangez au fouet beurre, mélasse et œufs pour quelque minute. Ajoutez tous les autres ingrédients et mélangez énergiquement avec les mains. Filmez et laissez reposer au réfrigérateur toute la nuit. Etalez la pate à l’aide d’un rouleau sur le papier sulfurisée légèrement fariné, découpez et faites cuire au four sur du papier sulfurisé pendant 15/20 minutes.
glaçage blanc pour coller les bombons ou écrire (mélanger 1 blanc d’œuf avec 230g sucre glace et quelque goutte de jus de citron frais)





 
I MIEI BISCOTTI DI NATALE
Ingredienti: 900g farina, 230g burro a temperature ambiente, 240g zucchero di canna, 2 uova, 180g melassa nera (in vendita nei supermercati naturasi), una bustina di lievito chimico, 2 pizzichi di sale, 12g di cannella in polvere o 12g di spezie miste (cannella, zenzero, noce moscata, chiodi di garofano)
Preriscaldate il forno a 170°C. Montate a crema burro, melassa e uovo. Aggiungete gli altri ingredienti e impastate con le mani. Coprite l’impasto con il film alimentare e lasciate riposare in frigo tutta la notte. Stendete la pasta su carta da forno leggeremente infarinata, fateli cuocere su carta da forno per 15/20 minuti
glassa per incollare le caramelle o scrivere (mescolare un albume con 230g zucchero a velo e qualche goccia di succo di limone fresco)

Gingerbread house is a story that begins with butter, sugar, flour.. and continue with dreams, ideas, projects..  because everything is possible in a gingerbread world! You could have reindeers in the garden, Santa in chimney,  or a lake of candies on the backyard.. only your imagination will put limits on your creation

After 5 hours of hard working (not even a glass of water) kids and moms built their house.. good job! but they are just at half of work.. because now all decorations are still to do!
