Nothing is better than a cupcake in our daily life, simple if you are in a hurry, rich if you feel a little cold in a winter afternoon, with strawberries on a perfect beach in Greece.. The mother of a good friend of mine in Italy used to call "generi di conforto" all those wonderful cakes that you'd bring with you when you go on a trip or just on your sofa.. for me cupcake is a little bit like that.. something good, cute.. that will come with you on your daily life!

biscuits à la rose
ingrédients pour le biscuit:
200g beurre
280g sucre
400g farine
1 cuillère de eau de rose
1 œuf
1 cuillère à café de levure chimique
mixer beurre, sucre et eau de rose, ensuite ajouter l'œuf et la farine avec la levure chimique. Cuire 10 minutes à 170C
ingrédients pour le glaçage:
230g sucre glace
1 blanc d'œuf
1 cuillère de eau de rose
mixer tout et remplir une poche

homemade chocolate bars
just melt 400g of chocolate, pour into a pan (folded with baking paper) and add almonds, raisins, marshmallows, puffed rice.. let it set in the fridge for 1h
