Sunday evening in Nice!

I’ve always blamed all Italians who go to Paris and look for pasta… well Sunday evening I was in Nice, in French Riviera, with my friend Teresa and we were looking for a restaurant, when I saw this wonderful pasta with lobster in this Italian restaurant I said « I want to stop here ! » it was just great..

It looks innocent but its not.. between fruit cakes is maybe the richest one! sour cream and butter give the moist, blueberry give that scent that you will hardly resist!

"Artistic" fruity tarte

This cake would have pleased to Kandinski and his Squares with Concentric Circles! We have 4 colors of pastry cream: light blue (Curacao blu), pink (raspberry), yellow (lemon), orange (mango). The best view is from the sky so you can really see all circles made by different kind of fruits! What else? Is healthy and tasty, a perfect deal for coming summer!

Pineapple tarte

This pineapple tarte is very easy. Prepare pineapple the day before, cut it in pieces and let it rest in fridge with 1 cup of caster sugar and 1 cup of Malibu. Prepare your dough, put pineapple on it and add just a little butter and caster sugar. Bake for 45 minutes.. that’s it!

Soufflé I love you!

There is a place in Paris called La Cigale Récamier.. here you can have a soufflé dinner so French and so good! We chose a soufflé with coquilles saint Jacques and one with blé noir et champignons du bois. For dessert we had a soufflé caramel au beurre salé (just great)
Finally a little bit of French cuisine in this blog.. oh la la!

that's an artistic picture!
