This chocolate
really deserve to be mentioned because is great. It comes from Oaxaca, a
beautiful town of Mexico. There, they use to make hot chocolate with it (with
water or with milk), but I tried it just like that and I can tell that is so
good! Consistency is “sandy” and when it breaks in your mouth all flavors come
out and make you dream about this unique and enchanting country!
Nothing is better than a cupcake in our daily life, simple if you are in a hurry, rich if you feel a little cold in a winter afternoon, with strawberries on a perfect beach in Greece.. The mother of a good friend of mine in Italy used to call "generi di conforto" all those wonderful cakes that you'd bring with you when you go on a trip or just on your sofa.. for me cupcake is a little bit like that.. something good, cute.. that will come with you on your daily life!

It looks innocent but its not.. between fruit cakes is maybe the richest one! sour cream and butter give the moist, blueberry give that scent that you will hardly resist!

"Artistic" fruity tarte
This cake would have pleased to Kandinski and
his Squares with
Concentric Circles! We have 4 colors of pastry cream: light blue (Curacao blu),
pink (raspberry), yellow (lemon), orange (mango). The best view is from the sky so you can
really see all circles made by different kind of fruits! What else? Is healthy
and tasty, a perfect deal for coming summer!
