This chocolate really deserve to be mentioned because is great. It comes from Oaxaca, a beautiful town of Mexico. There, they use to make hot chocolate with it (with water or with milk), but I tried it just like that and I can tell that is so good! Consistency is “sandy” and when it breaks in your mouth all flavors come out and make you dream about this unique and enchanting country!

Hurry up! I have 3 wedding cakes to do for tonight and I don’t know how to do! But I have a special mould that will help me.. just a little detail.. cakes will be smaller than my hand!
This one is dedicated for those ones who are celebrating 50 years of marriage; you really deserve a gold cake with handmade roses!

If you like cuisine from Morocco 404 restaurant is really good and original, you have a large choice of meals and quality is as I like. Besides that decoration of restaurant and tableware is so refined!

In Italy we use to eat sorbetto al limone at the end of lunch or dinner.. we love it because is fresh, has a lemon zing and if is homemade is light (just fresh lemons and sugar inside!)
