torta rustica di scarola, uvetta e pinoli

Inside just scarola salade, golden sultanas, pinenuts ans smoked scamorza cheese. how to... wash scarola then reduce his volume in a large pan with a little salt for 10 minutes. mix it with sultanas, pinenuts and scamorza cheese in cubes. I use to do my brisé dough but U can buy a ready dough at supermarket. Roll dough, fill it with salade mixture, cover with dough again and bake it in preheated oven for 30 minutes at 180C.
