bretzel

bretzel day today with my friend Alexandra who has the german touch!

 
after the first rising of dough in a bowl (2h), shape bretzels and do a second quick rising in a warm place (20 min)
 
 
cook bretzels in boiling water with bicarbonate for max 30 seconds
 
 
 


do some cuts on bretzels, sprinkle some salt and bake in preheated oven 200C until brown
