Pineapple tarte

This pineapple tarte is very easy. Prepare pineapple the day before, cut it in pieces and let it rest in fridge with 1 cup of caster sugar and 1 cup of Malibu. Prepare your dough, put pineapple on it and add just a little butter and caster sugar. Bake for 45 minutes.. that’s it!

Soufflé I love you!

There is a place in Paris called La Cigale Récamier.. here you can have a soufflé dinner so French and so good! We chose a soufflé with coquilles saint Jacques and one with blé noir et champignons du bois. For dessert we had a soufflé caramel au beurre salé (just great)
Finally a little bit of French cuisine in this blog.. oh la la!

that's an artistic picture!

Raspberry tarte

This tarte had a big success!! I made 2 version: a big one with pastry cream (my favorite), many small ones with chantilly (beautiful but less tasty)

I add 2 tbsp of rose water in pastry cream.. try this combination, raspberry love rose scent!

Rotella cookies

There are many ways to transform a normal cookie in a party cookie.. is very easy and your kids will love it! Choose basic cookie dough, bake it and let it cool.

Prepare your homemade icing with 1 egg white, 230g icing sugar and 1tsp fresh lemon juice, beat it, put it in a deco plastic bag and start make your deco!

You can use it as glue for candies and you can add some drops of food color… in 2 or 3 hours it will be completely dry.
