focaccia with cherry

second rising with cherry, sugar and butter
make bread dough with 600g flour, 10g dried yeast, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp marine salt and 3 or 4 cups of warm water.. I really don't have a recipe for bread.. I just feel it right at touch. First rising is without cherry, in a bowl with film (2 hours). Second rising is in final shape with cherry, a little sugar and a little butter. Film and rest for 1 hour. Bake in preheated oven (185°C) 30/40 min.
