minimal chic xmas cake




sponge cake:
240g sugar
240g butter
240g flour
4 eggs
2tsp baking powder
vanilla or lemon zest

Mix butter and sugar. Then add eggs. Then flour mixed with baking powder,
bake in preheated oven 175C for 45 minutes

icing:
230g icing sugar
1 egg white
drops of lemon juice
green food color

mix all ingredients, put in a plastic bag and draw trees on bamboo skewers on baking paper. Let it dry all night before take it up very carefully.
