I love brownie, the classic one, just flour, sugar, eggs, butter and chocolate, that’s it. I’m not saying that there are not other versions, but the simple one for me is the best because you can really savor the chocolate, bite the chewy texture and smell the richness of this American masterpiece.

I bought a wonderful brownie pan on a UK website and now is impossible to make a brownie without it. Is made with a nonstick material and the shape helps you to take out your cake after baked.  When you buy your material on shops or on the web, make sure is good quality, a first-class pan is as important as a fine chocolate!
