Carrot muffins

Since I discovered that I can make delicious muffins with carrots I love them!

The problem was to convince customers to eat my muffins.. if I say before that they contains carrots nobody wants to eat them, so I start to do some jokes with café gourmand like “I wont tell you what is inside but you’ll tell it to me after” ..and it works! Everybody is surprised that a carrot can be so interesting and that a delicious cake can be so healthy!
